Heregyth - Gárulf’s older sister (she’s five years older). She wed Alduulf, a man with extensive holdings in the Eastfold. They live in Aldburg with their three sons *not yet named
Nightwing (modernization of the OE Nihtfiðere literally Niht - night; fiðere - wing) - Edrys’ black mare
Canrinth - Gárulf's grey horse. *note: I've borrowed the name from Mary Stewart's Merlin series, where it is the name given to Arthur's horse. She cites it as Cetic in origin, meaning "white phantom". I fell in love with the name and hope I have sufficient reason to suppose it not totally inconsistent with Rohirric naming conventions.
