Re: The Blind, the Deaf, the Crippled

Hi!

I was quite surprised when I read this challenge, because it fits one of my WIP's perfectly, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me; is it possible to enter a story into two challenges? Because (when it's finished) I wanted to enter it into the All OC's challenge, too.

But, yeah, I got quite excited, because I've been working on this WIP for a while, since before I joined HASA, and then this challenge seems to fit it exactly! Very cool, I think

Thanks for any help!

Curuevo ;)

Hi, Curuevo.

Yes, it is possible to have a story in more than one challenge. I go it all the time. ;)

Good luck with your writing,
Werecat

Re: The Blind, the Deaf, the Crippled

Hi!

I have an idea for a drabble about a blind character that might fit this... but I was wondering to the references about "Men" and "Elves" in the description. Does that exclude characters that are not.... er, bipedal?

Thank you Werecat!

Now all I have to do is finish the story!

*giggles*

Most certainly not: you could write about the Watcher getting arthritis in old age, if you fancied.

Cool! I hadn't thought of the Watcher...

Thanks, Allie! Now, if I can just get my muse to cooperate.....

Re: The Blind, the Deaf, the Crippled

*snork* LOL.

But this is a bad thing: I may have just nuzgulled myself.

I may end up writing a bitter, curmudgeony Watcher complaining about aches and pains in his many arms.

That's certainly new territory for me.

Allie,

I think that's a BRILLIANT idea, and I can't wait to see the result!

P.S. Wow, just imagine how many joints there are in his arms....
