Revisions: 03/15/03 - Many small technical changes in all chapters. Small change to a single conversation in Chapter 6. Significant changes to Chs. 2, 3, and 7, including whole new scene (with Glorfindel!) in Ch. 7.

AU retelling of LoTR. Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin are at the Inn of the Prancing Pony, and run into someone. They then begin their journey to Rivendell with Aragorn. Brief cameo by Glorfindel. No sex, some violence, much suspense. Has OFC.

A very intriguing AU with a feisty, strong female 10th Walker with an unsolved mystery and a terrific way of putting Strider in his place... left to languish way too soon.
