A list of citations with HTML markup for most of Tolkien's writings (The Hobbit, LotR, the Silmarillion, UT and HoMe).
All members of HASA are welcome to copy and paste these citations when referencing Tolkien's works in their stories, research articles, HASA Reference Library entries, the Book!Verse Trivial Pursuit project, etc.
These are the preferred (but not mandatory!) forms of citation to use in HASA Reference Library entries.
Most of the credit for compiling these citations should go to Elena Tiriel, who kindly agreed I could post them if I could work out how to turn a spreadsheet into a story. The citations are not quite complete (especially where HoMe volumes are concerned), so If you have any additions or corrections, please let either of us know.
