The Return of the King, LoTR Appendix A, Annals of the Kings and Rulers: The House of Eorl: The Kings of the Mark

... Morwen of Lossarnach... did not belong to the people of that land. Her father had removed thither... from Belfalas; he was a descendant of a former prince of that fief, and thus a kinsman of Prince Imrahil. His kinship with Éomer of Rohan, though distant, was recognized by Imrahil, and great friendship grew between them. Éomer wedded Imrahil's daughter [Lothíriel], and their son, Elfwine the Fair, had a striking likeness to his mother's father.

Etymology
loth 'flower' in Lothlórien, Nimloth; Quenya lótë in Ninquelótë, Vingilótë.

The Silmarillion, Appendix: Elements in Quenya and Sindarin Names

In the High-elven speech [Galadriel's] name was Al(a)táriel, derived from alata 'radiance'... and riel 'garlanded maiden' (from a root rig-1 'twine, wreathe'): the whole meaning 'maiden crowned with a radiant garland', referring to her hair.
