Every Boromir fan dreams of how the story might have gone if Boromir had not died that day upon Amon Hen, and wonders how having a living Boromir might affect the outcome of the story. This is that tale as I have imagined it -- an AU tale of Boromir alive, doing what it takes to get back home.

I really like your story (I'm a Boromir fan). 
Even though it is one of the longest stories I have read, it did not feel long and I read it all in just two days, because when I started to read it, I was not able to stop.
I hope you'll post the next chapter soon. I'm really looking forward to it.

I am a true Boromir fan and love to watch The Fellowship of the Ring often, putting myself through Boromir's death scene each time! It makes me sad each time I watch the movie. But now I put your story in at the end of the movie and all is ok. This story is wonderful and it so realistic. Keep up the great work!
