Very interesting! I'm always astonished at the inventiveness of HASA writers.
You have Pippin and Gimli interacting in an unprecedented, yet natural and in character way.

Thank you so very much, DrummerWench! I love writing about Dwarves, Gimli in particular. A couple of people pointed out to me that I tended to write as though Gimli and Pippin had a closer relationship than some, but it was subconscious. Once pointed out to me, I decided to write a story in which it was explicit, and perhaps even be the genesis of that deeper friendship.
