awww That's really sweet. But, you know, he could have given her the presents anyway. Nothing like a nice new necklace to sooth a sore throat.

Well, maybe the new necklace- ruby, after all- wouldn't look so good with shadows under your eyes and a red nose. :) Wouldn't like to spoil it. And chocolate, alas, does nothing for a runny nose.
