Hi! Thanks for the comment. Daeron had the hots for Luthien before she met Beren and in this little ficlet, I tried to show that even though Daeron was making a major play for Luthien's affection, she paid no attention to him as she had a sense that her destiny and heart would lie with someone else in the future. Yes, sad for Daeron. Thanks again.
