Story Summary
It's been some weeks since Frodo left the Shire, left all Middle Earth, to sail into the west. It is only now that Sam finds a letter, from Frodo, addressed to him - his dearest friend's last words, written before leaving. (Non-slash, friendship, sentimentality, little bit of hurt/comfort, mainly focused on Frodo and Sam, Merry and Pippin mentioned too.)
