5. Sam -- Boromir

He's a warrior through and through, that one, right in the open, his long sword and shield at the ready. The steel in his glance would make me shiver if it were aimed in my direction. He looks to be the strongest of 'em all... and yet I wonder who'd come on top if he and Strider faced off! Here now, what's this? I don't like them glitterin' eyes of his drifting toward my Master, furtive-like. There's a hunger there, behind his glance. Bless me, do I have to watch out for Mr. Frodo's safety from both forward and back?
