11. In The Chair
She knows she shouldn't be doing it, but she does it anyway.
Settling into the old chair she lets out a satisfied sigh as she leans back against the cushions.
Bilbo would be furious if he saw me in his Dad's chair, she thinks.
Bungo would have been furious if he'd found me in it, come to think of it.
She breathes in deeply, assailed by a thousand memories.
Bilbo's favourite pipeweed is there, and Bungo's favourite pickles...
Even the ghost of the Old Took's favourite soap still lingers in the leather.
Belladonna sits, and she remembers, and she smiles.
