Thanks for another chapter. This works well; you figured out good ways to get Rowanna close to Aragorn/Gimli/Legolas ... and the talkative Haragond was useful. Works. Good luck writing!

Thanks! You've actually touched on a couple of things there that made me want to kick off a bit more discussion, so if OK with you I'll copy this across to the P&C forum...
Cheers,

Fabulous- the almost chance encounter, the description of the war torn Minas Tirith, Elrohir turning to her - he is going to be disappointed, isnt he. And then to find Legolas asleep. I htink I would have woken him up - Rowanna is very restrained. Does she know?

Hi Ziggy,
the almost chance encounter - well, it was set up to look as chance as possible, so I'm glad that convinced! I must admit I'm fond of that scene - about the nearest to H/C that I was prepared to allow this fic to get, and there's a tenderness to Rowanna's feelings that prevents her wanting to wake L when he's so obviously exhausted.
Does she know? - how she feels about him? Perhaps not consciously - though as you'll have realised by now, she finds out well and truly in a couple of chapters' time...
