Another great chapter! There is so much packed into here, but my favorite scene has to be the one mentioning a possible use for a town crier. To say more would be a spoiler. 
It's also an example of why I love your Denethor more than anyone else's. You make him human. You give him a sense of humor and an incredible capacity for love. You make him fearful and arrogant. He's a complete person, warts and all.
My only wish is that this were an AU so that Denethor and Finduilas could be happy together for a full lifetime.
