General Comment

To put it simply, this was a joy to read. And I've come back and read parts of it since I added it to my library a while ago. I've even made family and friends who have never read the Silmarillion read it. And once I explained a couple things beforehand, they enjoyed it too. Thanks for writing and posting it.

Ch. 1: The Quest of the Simaril

This is my favorite chapter. I loved the concept of this story!

My favorite line: "Maybe this is where Fëanor gets hurt and then Morgoth can help him or something. Lots of tension until they kiss. Big love scene."

MY favorite line: "Aegnor became a psychotic raving head case."

Wish you would write something about the Feanorians too--I'm sure it would be lovely.

Ch. 4: Brightest Flame

This is priceless, especially Morgoth's taunting of Feanor to sue him and the waspy backhanded comments about the Feanorians!
