I love how this isn't a typical romance...there are soo many more layers & it gives us the unexpected. I thought Eomer would turn her down flat...though it looks to be a rocky road back yet

Telpethoniel, thanks so much—this story does go on and on! I'm overdue for the next chapter which will deal with part of the rocky road and also show that Éomer is fallible as well (although certainly wiser than his betrothed). It's fun but a bit complicated to write because it deals with funeral games/tournament (weapons, technical stuff--hard work for me!) held in honor of Théoden.
