Still enjoying it...Gandalf seems somewhat OOC here, especially his seeming indifference to Aragorn. Something to do with Narya? If he has a plan he's certainly keeping it close to his chest. I don't remember the Gandalf of the books ever being so reticent about discussing strategy...

You're right, Gandalf isn't quite himself here; maybe he shouldn't have put on Narya again after the fight with the Nazgul. Whether or not he has a plan? Who knows? Well, I do, but it will be a number of chapters before that question can be answered...
