Ah! I hadn't checked back until now, but I'm so glad that you posted the rest of this story at Henneth-Annun.
I love "Captain of Mordor": it's a story that is very dear to me in many ways. It's the story that made me like Faramir as a character, and it's the story that made me love Shagrat beyond measure. It's got fine characterization, a compelling narrative, those wonderful laugh-out-loud-and-quote-'em-to-your-mates bits of dialogue, and then those tender touching parts that hit you...right...there.
Well! So now that I know it's all up, there are several entertaining options I see available to me. We shall see now, my precious. Oh yes, indeed, we shall see.
