Hello, Adaneth,
Thank you for the Yule present! Wonderfully and vividly written, as always. The PoV alone is a gift in itself - I do love this character and her view of things: the outside world, her observations concerning Saelon and other Men, her Dwarven menfolk, the conditions at Gunduzahar. Particularly the flavor of her observations associated with these:
She gave the Man credit for having sense enough to retreat when outmatched.
Let them decide where their fortunes were best served and be satisfied there!
But it seemed an advantageous kind of madness. Hee! I couldn't agree more, of course, and love how Auð phrased this.
Awesome interaction at the end. I hope to see much, much more of these two together.

Glad you enjoyed the trip to the delf, DKP--it was pointed out to me that the last story was rather light on Dwarves, so I will have to make amends.
I hope to see much, much more of these two together.
Me, too! I'm just trying to figure out how to manage it.
Now, for those of you who prefer Dúnedain, there's a hearty helping of them in the newly posted chapter.
