If only my reasons for staying away were half so good as Gandalf's, Littlehobbitlost!  I'm afraid the best excuse I can muster is that my Muse is clearly a Dwarf, and when she refuses to cooperate, there's nothing to be done but wait until she changes her mind.

Off to Loch Awe and Lochgilphead next week.

*pine*  Keep an eye peeled as you go!  There are a lot of Dwarves going back and forth across the mountains lately.

I'm so glad that you are back! I have missed this story so much.

I was laughing with Auð and Veylin converstion. No even Men can understand women, so they should not worry about being able to understand the Lady's heart.

I know that you won't make it easy for them, but please, let them be happy.

I hope that your muse stay with you for a while, she took a very long vacation last year.

I'm enjoying this series very much!

I've spent most of my weekend reading the stories, and once started I couldn't put it down. I'm enjoying how well drawn and complicated your characters are, as well as your vivid world-building when you are fleshing out the everyday lives of the different races and how they interact.

Thank you for your patience, Mffantasia, and I hope you like what the last few chapters (of this story) will bring.

I am already working on the next story, but let me get the rest of "Hand to Hand" up first, before I decide what to do about that one.
