Each of them indeed is bearing witness this day--to sacrifice and loss, death and life, and most important, the defiance of the dark best needed to bring Sauron down. I rejoice that Finduilas stands this day beside her husband and counsels him well, and that Pippin was there to see Faeron's need, and that Meneldil recognizes that Pippin, too, needs respite if he is to continue to serve well as he is doing now.
And Frodo does understand--far, far too well, that he is not likely to surive this physically. I hope that Sauron finds he holds merely an empty shell, though.
