Ai... Legolas!...

Wow. I enjoyed this new dubblepack of chapters.

This kind of cliffy leaves me feeling giddy, waiting for the next chapter.

Poor Legolas. What has he to go through now?

What well drawn contrasts you write, Ziggy.

Firstly that between the previous chapter and this one, and then between the almost light-heartedness of Legolas here and the great weight of guilt, horror, fear - and external pressure - with which Elrohir is burdened.

Well written, indeed.

Yet again so vivid and so immediate. One of the things I have enjoyed all through this fic is your sense of the very different perspectives of Elves and Men, and you bring it out again here - pointing out that Elrohir would probably have seen Minas Ithil in its glory days before Ithilien's fall. Ai.

So much anticipation in the previous chapter of this encounter between Elrohir and Legolas - and then it all goes horribly wrong, again. (I am just getting impatient - I remember those wonderful, warm, erotic moments shipboard, or in the tent on the Pelennor, and I so much want that resolution for them both... and then you keep whisking it away! My only concern from a story point of view is - don't let the two of them get stuck at this stage of things for too long, will you? Something has to happen to break this deadlock!

Ai, how sad Ziggy.  some how I doubt very much if this is how legolas thought his meeting with Elrohir would go.I definitely thought it would go a bit better.   It also heartbreakingly sad about Elrohir, I just don't see how he is going to defeat all his demons.   You have written his turmoil so very well.

Thanks

Why did no-one think to tell Legolas to stay away from heights? How stupid to tryst on a ruined tower in the middle of a war zone with Nazgul on the prowl!

Wonderful job, the back-and-forth in Elrohir's emotions as he is manipulated. Poor Legolas, this isn't his night, although he'll understand better now as I imagine his memory will come back, if he hasn't been carried away by the Nazgul. Surely that flying thing was too injured to pick up an elf...

At least Elrohir didn't think of his mother. And if the Nazgul want 9, who else are they going to co-opt...
