I'm really enjoying this, Larner, thank you very much.
It's good to see that the case is being investigated thoroughly even before the Judges leave Minas Tirith, and that Aragorn is determined that everyone is to know what proper justice is.

A wonderfully understated commentary on truth, and on fathers -- and foster fathers, guardian-cousins and all other father figures -- and sons. Loved the line: My adar, embarrass anyone? Not, I fear in the last five thousand years at the very least. Now there's a story idea: Elrond doing something to embarrass his children...
