What a rollercoaster ride... I found the initial few chapters a bit slow to get underway, but still gripping enough to read on; and it has definitely been worth it:)

Well, hard to believe there are almost no comments on this! A dark but very tense and suspenseful AU tale. Multiple cliffhangers all at once... Nice round characters, some original, some quite original interpretations of canon characters. And oh so much mystery yet to be told. I'm hooked... I imagine lots of other readers are too. Keep it up and thanks for an addicting read, Ragnelle!

Wow, this really sounds exciting! I like that it's true to Tolkien's style so we can really imagine it happened like that... I'm looking forward to read more of it!
