Tower of Amon Sûl

Location: An ancient watch-tower on the summit of Weathertop, in the Weather Hills; built by Elendil; original location of the main palantír of Arnor.

Description:

'[In] the first days of the North Kingdom, they built a great watch-tower on Weathertop, Amon Sûl they called it.... [Once] it was tall and fair.'
